"Checkout Was More Frustrating Than I Expected"
I found the book I wanted without any trouble, but the checkout process got a little annoying. I had to re-enter some information, and the payment page wasn’t as clear as it should’ve been. It did go through in the end, so at least I got what I needed, but the whole thing felt clunky and kind of took the excitement out of ordering the book

"Surprisingly decent help with my overseas order"
I ordered a used book from another country and got a bit lost with the shipping details. I wasn’t expecting much, but biblio support got back to me fast and explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense. The book took longer than I’d normally like, but it did arrive in good shape. So yeah, not the smoothest order ever, but they handled it better than I expected.

"Search is useful, just a little clunky sometimes"
I’ve been using biblio for a while now, maybe since last fall, or early winter, I can’t remember exactly, and overall it’s been fine. The search does work, but it can be kind of annoying when I’m looking for a specific book. Sometimes I have to try a few different words or versions of the title before the same book shows up. The filters help a bit, but they don’t always narrow things down the way I expect. It’s not a bad site at all, I just wish the search felt a little smoother.

"Good filters, easy to use"
I was able to find used books quickly using the filters and sorting options. The prices seemed to sort well for the most part, but some of the results just felt a little random at times.

I got the exact edition that was listed, and the ISBN matched too. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but the book itself was correct, so I can’t complain much. If this order is any indication, they seem to be accurate with their listings.

"Payment felt secure"
I bought a used book on biblio.com and the payment process was easy. The page felt secure enough that I wasn’t nervous entering my card, and I got the confirmation almost right away. The only small thing is that the checkout page looks a bit dated, but it worked without any issues. I’d say it’s worth trying if you’re looking for used books

I ordered a used book through Biblio and the whole thing went pretty much how I expected. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast or anything, but it was reasonable, and the book showed up in the condition the seller described, which is always the main thing I worry about with used books. One thing I did appreciate after clicking around a bit was that the seller ratings are shown clearly, so I didn’t feel like I was just picking someone at random. I do think some of the seller info could be easier to compare side by side, but overall it made me feel more confident placing the order

"Mobile site was kind of a pain"
Biblio’s got some good books, for sure, but trying to browse on my phone was just annoying. The site felt slow and clunky, and the filters kept moving around like they didn’t know where to be. Pages loaded weird too. I messed with it for a bit, then just gave up.

"Finally Found the Older Titles I Wanted"
I ended up buying a couple older titles here because I couldn’t find them anywhere else, and I felt justified since I’d already checked a bunch of other places. There were plenty of options to choose from, so it was easy to compare and pick the copy that made the most sense for me.

"Refund took longer than it should’ve"
I ordered a book and then found out it wasn’t actually available. To be fair, biblio did refund me, so that part was handled. But yeah, it took longer than I expected, and I had to keep checking in for updates, which got frustrating. It wasn’t a horrible experience or anything, but the refund timing was definitely annoying.
